A B2B agrotechnicals marketplace, built by people who buy agrotechnicals.
TechnicalMandi is operated by Gilehri. We built it because sourcing technicals in India is opaque: prices depend on who you know, quality depends on trust you cannot verify, and a chain of middlemen sits between the plant that made the molecule and the formulator who needs it.
What are agrotechnicals?
An agrotechnical — the “technical” — is the concentrated active ingredient of a crop protection product, before it is diluted and formulated into something a farmer sprays. It is what actually does the work in an insecticide, herbicide, fungicide or plant growth regulator, and it is what formulators, manufacturers and exporters buy by the drum and the tonne.
Technicals are graded by purity, they are regulated, and their prices move constantly with feedstock costs, Chinese supply and freight. That combination — high value, hard to verify, volatile — is exactly why the market runs on relationships instead of information. This platform is our attempt to fix that.

We source it
We go to direct manufacturers and importers ourselves. You are not handed a list of traders to negotiate with, and there is no chain of intermediaries adding a margin at each step.
We test it
Our in-house lab runs genuineness checking on every single transaction — not on a sample of them, and not only when a buyer asks.
We bill you
One invoice, from TechnicalMandi. We are the counterparty of record: our paperwork, our liability, our problem if something is wrong.
You never see the seller. You deal with us.
This is the part of TechnicalMandi that surprises people, so it is worth being plain about: this is a marketplace, but buyers do not see who the seller is. Not their name, not their company, not their location. Seller identity is not merely hidden in the interface — a buyer's account has no route to it in our database at all.
What you see instead is what actually matters for the decision: whether the material is made or imported, the origin country, the grade, the lab result and the price.
And you are billed by us. TechnicalMandi is the counterparty of record on your transaction — our invoice, our paperwork, one relationship to manage. You are not chasing a stranger for a credit note.
Why do it this way? Because a marketplace that shows both sides to each other is a directory: the first deal happens on the platform and every one after that happens off it, with nobody testing the material or standing behind the invoice. Keeping the sides apart is what lets us guarantee the quality check and carry the commercial risk.

Lab-tested, every time
Our in-house lab does genuineness checking on every single transaction. Purity is a measurement here, not a seller's claim on a COA you cannot check.
Lower MOQ on a bigger cart
Minimum order quantities are per SKU, but they flex with your total cart value. A high-value order lets you take small quantities of the technicals you only need a little of — instead of buying a drum to get a kilo.
Bank-backed credit
Trade financing and a credit facility through our banking tie-ups, so a good buying window is not lost to a working capital gap.
Direct, not brokered
Supply comes from direct manufacturers and importers. No layer of middlemen, each taking a cut of a price you never get to see the basis of.

Who gets on: CIB-compliant onboarding
Agrotechnicals are regulated material, and we treat them that way. Every business that transacts on TechnicalMandi has to be compliant with the Central Insecticides Board & Registration Committee (CIB&RC) first. We ask for your CIB registration certificate, your GST registration and — where it applies — your formulation licence. Our team checks them before your account is approved to transact.
This is a hard requirement, not a formality: an account with no verified CIB certificate on file cannot be approved to buy — the rule is enforced in our systems, and nobody on our side can click past it. You can browse the catalog while your check is in progress; posting requirements and placing orders unlock once you are approved.
